Printing Options/Descriptions (where applicable)

Hahnemühle Photo Rag® 308 Paper

Hahnemühle Photo Rag® is one of the world’s most popular papers and the valued all-rounder for high-quality FineArt inkjet printing.

The white cotton artist’s paper, with its characteristic, wonderfully soft feel, boasts a lightly defined felt structure, lending each artwork a three-dimensional appearance and impressive pictorial depth.

Combined with the matt premium inkjet coating, this paper produces outstanding prints that feature brilliant colours, deep blacks, striking contrasts and perfect reproduction of detail.

This acid- and lignin-free classic meets the most exacting requirements for age resistance and is specially designed for FineArt applications.

Canvas Prints

We offer Canvas Prints as custom orders. Please contact me if you would like to order and we can discuss size and finishing.

-----

Whether you are wanting a photo or art reproduction canvas print, we use only the highest quality certified archival grade canvas. Our canvas is acid and OBA (Optical Brightening Agents) free. The canvas has the look and feel of traditional artist canvas with the added benefit of being more consistent in base colour and texture.

Premium Gallery Wrap: the edges of the canvas are printed, then the image is stretched over 1½" stretcher bars and stapled on the back for display without an additional frame.

Print Times

Fine Art Photo Prints will typically take 10-14 days to print, dry, seal, and cure completely before they are packaged up and taken to the post office/courier for shipping. You should see your print arrive within three to four weeks; this time can be expedited if appropriate shipping is selected at checkout. Unfortunately we are at the whim of Canada Post/Couriers and can not guarantee a specific date unless it is a local delivery.

AcrylicMetal, and Canvas Prints will take 1 to 3 weeks to produce and ship.

Mockups are not an exact representation of the FULL pano image. Cropping may be required. Contact me before ordering if you would like to see an exact crop based on the size/dimensions you would like.

* none of the printing formats include framing

  • Shipping

You order, we ship. It's that easy!

Once you have submitted your order it can take 7-10 days for printing and then we will ship it to you. A tracking number will be provided once we have that information.

  • What Size??

As a rule of thumb, the print should occupy between two-thirds to three-fourths of the available wall space. Measure your space and then multiply each dimension by 0.6 and 0.75 to get an idea of what fits.

  • Custom Orders

If you want a custom size, we can help you.

Are you interested in commissioning a specific location, we can do that!

What is a triptych (pronounced Trip'tik) print?

A triptych is an artwork made up of three pieces or panels. Often used to impart narrative, create a sequence, or show different elements of the same subject matter. It could be three photographs mounted in a frame, closely associated pictures displayed near each other or three pictures in one image. These images have an aesthetic appeal to them. They challenge the viewer to think about the design and challenge themselves to the meaning and movement of the piece.

Very large 'pano' images are ideal for this format.
